When Mark called to the house he was very thorough, and the only engineer actually who noticed I had a back boiler that hadn't been decommissioned. Beforehand Mark explained the whole process which was reassuring, it was this conversation that convinced me that A+M were the best people for the job. Before the install I decided to make a couple of changes, I added a rain shower, and then a new radiator, Mark picked these up for me and I paid a lot less than I expected.
